Slowglass formed in April 2011 (originally under the name ‘Boddicker’), with ex-members of No Hope Astronaut & Victory Red joining forces to create a modern take on  Alternative/Grunge sound. In their first year together the band played at venues such as Old Blue Last, Proud Galleries and The Lexington.
